Meet the KMU administrator certification in encompass

As an Encompass administrator, you want to learn from the best in the field to save you time and frustration at your job. And you want proof of your level of knowledge to set you apart from others in the field. KensieMae University created this Encompass mortgage training certification with you in mind. You’ll be taught by experts in Encompass training who walk you through advanced, real-world scenarios tailored to how you use Encompass as an administrator.

What: The certification lasts for two years and consists of 30 hours of instruction through four courses for Encompass administrators, which can be taken in any order:

  • Admin Fundamentals

  • Secondary Setup

  • Business Rules

  • Input Form Builder

  • Exam which contains 50 questions plus 10 long-answer questions and requires an 80% to pass. Students are eligible for the exam after they have completed the four courses.

Support: We’re committed to your success. Once a week we offer a live group call for KMU Administrator Certification students with an instructor to get all their questions answered, and instructors are available via email throughout the week. You will also have access to a private community on MortgageLendingHUB.com for additional questions and peer-to-peer engagement. If you need to retake the certification exam, we’ve got you. You can after discussing the results with your instructor.

When: Learn at your own pace within a 90-day window for completion. After earning the certificate, you retain access to the course content for two years after your start date. Contact us if you’d like to recertify after two years.
